THE CHALLENGE

Push emerging AI technology to the limits of what was possible within a national automotive campaign, while maintaining the product accuracy, visual consistency and control demanded by the brand.

The Approach

Rather than force every execution through the same process, we built around what each idea actually needed…from AI integrated with traditional VFX and post, to image-to-image development and generative motion. The workflow changed from execution to execution; the standard for the finished work did not.

My Role

AI Production Lead. Led production strategy, scope, budget, scheduling and staffing across three concurrent AI workflows: Generative Motion, Generative Stills and AI VFX Integration…aligning two agency creative teams across overlapping review cycles and multiple deliverables through final delivery.
